Join a Tri Camp Beginners week and improve more than you thought possible
Triathlon is the UK's fastest growing sport, with more and more of us agreeing that a swim, followed by a cycle and then a run is a great way to get fit, build stamina and strength and most rewardingly, join the triathlon community which is one of the friendliest and most supportive bunch of people you'll come across.
So if you're new to triathlon and want to find out more about how to train for this remarkable sport or if you want to build your fitness or quiz our coaches on what to eat before a race, Tri Camp is a great place to start.
Our next beginners week runs from 8th - 15th October 2013 and includes:
Coast & mountain rides - options are available to shorten or lengthen the ride depending on how your legs are feeling
Transition practice - get top tips from Nick and Heather on how to make transition painless and shave some time off your final result
Open water swimming - take advantage of being by the Med and get used to swimming in a wetsuit and taking it off!
Videoed swim analysis - underwater swim analysis will get you the insight you need to take back to the pool in the UK
Running drills on both sand and track - build strength and stamina in your legs to help you run after a hard ride
Yoga & pilates - stretch out, cool down and relax after a hard days training
We'll also give you advice on what to eat, how to build your training programme for when you get home and help you set your goals for the coming season.
