Train hard, race easy
Our triathlon camps run every week from 6th March to 15th May and are adjusted each week to suit the needs of our guests. This year we’re also offering specialist training camps for beginners, Iron Man triathletes and age group/long ride athletes. Below is just a taste of what you can expect from us:
Tuesday
Arrival day so unpack, build your bike, go out to spin your legs or have a run around the village to get your bearings then head back home for a delicious home cooked dinner.
Wednesday
Early morning videoed swim analysis at the pool followed by lunch and a long ride inland. In the afternoon we’ll go up to the yoga studio for a spot of stretching out before dinner.
Thursday
Cycle to the beach for open water swimming and run drills on the sand. Take the afternoon off to do your own training or to explore the local area.
Friday
Sa Colobra day. A great technical 10km downhill ride to a wonderful little village for a cafe latté before tackling the ascent back up!
Saturday
Rest day, once you’ve done your early morning forest run and cooled down with a yoga class that is! There’s also an optional easy ride in the afternoon if you just can’t wait to get back on your bike!
Sunday
Enjoy the scenery as we take on the 70.3 route. After lunch we’ll ride over to the beach for open water swimming in the Med to end the day.
Monday
After breakfast we’ll had to the pool for swim drills followed by transition practice and then a run off the bike brick session to end the week.
