Introducing Tri Camp triathlon training camps in the UK!
We're incredibly excited to announce the arrival of our UK based triathlon training camps in the Peak District. Tri Camp is now offering weekend camps that run Friday to Sunday making them even more tempting to join.
What's on offer?
The same quality of accommodation, coaching and of course food that you can expect from all Tri Camp holidays. Group size will be no more than 14 so you are guaranteed the individual one on one attention and coaching we have built our reputation on.
What's the training itinerary?
Arrive Friday after work for a home cooked meal and a chat about what the weekend holds. Saturday begins with a bike and run brick session in the morning before a swim technique session in the afternoon. We then go through some core and resistance exercises before heading home to relax for a fantastic evening meal. After dinner we’ll take a look at your swimming videos to analyse and make stroke improvement recommendations for you to practice when you go home. Sunday morning, you guessed it, it’s an early start with a long ride to make it back for lunch before taking on an afternoon off road run around the local hills. Over afternoon tea, we’ll host an open Q&A seminar which is a great opportunity to pick our brains and get some top tips for racing or improving your training programme before heading home to put it all into practice.
What's included?
In typical Tri Camp style, we'll look after you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Included in the price is your luxury shared en-suite accommodation, all meals and all coaching. You won’t need a penny from the moment you arrive until you leave – that is unless you buy a cake from the local bakery!

The cost of our long weekend triathlon training camp in the Peak District is just £295 per person.
